Bablo Group supports its clients in the development and optimization of commercial facilities, with particular emphasis on shopping malls, retail parks and hotels. In particular, we support entities in the field of commercialization of facilities.

A typical scope of work available to the Customer includes:

  • development of commercialization and positioning strategies;
  • commercialization / recommercialization of facilities or selected areas;
  • business and legal support in lease negotiations;
  • other works agreed individually with the Client.

SALE OF REAL ESTATE

As part of the services offered, Bablo Group supports its Clients in the sale of commercial real estate and in attracting investors to carry out development or restructuring projects. We support our Clients both in the area of real estate analysis and the implementation of the transaction process.

A typical scope of work available to the Client includes:

  • development of concepts and guidelines for project implementation;
  • coordination of project teams and external advisors;
  • multidimensional project analysis and story building;
  • preparation of presentation documentation (credential, teaser, pitch presentation, business opportunity / information memorandum...);
  • analysis and research of commercial properties and evaluation of their investment attractiveness;
  • organisation of a data room / VDR or a formal information package
  • business and financial advisory in the field of acquiring co-investors;
  • business and financial consulting in the field of real estate sales processes;
  • searching for investors for the purchase of commercial real estate;
  • advisory and operational support in contract negotiations on the basis of asset deal and equity deal;
  • Complementary advisory and operational support;
  • other works agreed individually with the Client.

OPTIMIZATION OF FACILITIES
